About the toolkit

Is it really free?
Yes. Share your contact information and you get immediate access to every file. We'll also send the links to your inbox.
Can we edit the documents?
Yes. The Word and Excel versions are fully editable. Fields to customize are highlighted in [brackets] so your team can find them quickly.
Is the toolkit tied to a particular firm?
No. The templates are industry-standard and not affiliated with any vendor or proprietary methodology. Any firm can respond to them, and every firm is scored on the same published criteria.
Does it replace legal review?
No. Procurement law varies by state. Have your purchasing director and legal counsel review the documents before you issue a solicitation.
